    Randall Anthony thumbnail
Randall Anthony How about an expanded edition with "What Goes On" (from "Only Life"), "Real Good Time" (from "Time For A Witness"), and the long-lost b-sides "White Light/White Heat" and "Egyptian Reggae"? That's be so cool... Regardless, thanks for so many years of great music!

joelryden The freshest thing to hit my ears for some time. Love Nic's vocals, don't know why but I'm minded of Billie Holiday. Favorite track: Suppin' On Strange.
    Kevin Haynes thumbnail
Kevin Haynes when a band puts it's best foot forward from the start you think they couldn't possibly continue with that same output but Black Ends continues to outdo themselves at every turn. BE into the future.
    Alex Mott thumbnail
Alex Mott Superb and innovative music. Possibly my AOTY for 2024.

    by Stara Rzeka
    supported by
    Yamnah thumbnail
Yamnah Even if I don't speak Polish, Stara Rzeka and Alameda are among my favourite bands and I never miss a new album from them, especially since the guitar arpeggios are just magnificent in the way the best moments you can remember from the 70's english prog-rock history are. If you know what I mean, go for it. Favorite track: Elegia.

    chamber pot blues thumbnail
chamber pot blues I really love WWW but this is a leap from that hi-gain crazy horse jammer.
Here we have synths, hand-drums, less rock/more experimental kosmische vibrations..
The sing-songs (bodega, holy shrine) man, these tracks are totally ace; perfectly baked, tender and juicy. Capped off with a longform drone to dissolve your consiousness back into the ether. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to the park with my lawnchair, some sweet grass, and WALKING AFTER DARK. 11/10 Favorite track: Bodega On My Mind / The Sun Shines On The Moon.

mr_peptide ... a part of my mind has been reflected by listening. Favorite track: This Moment Will Last Forever.
    DJHDD thumbnail
DJHDD I've always liked the spacey ambient noodling's of Martin Kennedy (All India Radio) & although this is not the first collaboration with Steve Kilbey (The Church), it is the first time they have done a spoken word type album. These dark ambient poems are narrated in a moody stream of conscious with a brooding electronic soundscape reminiscent of Eno with a touch of Floyd, just softy in the background, so as not to disturb the reading.
    Favorite track: Saints and Snakes.

reskaqy Picked this up on coloured vinyl at Backstreet here in Fredericton, which is also where I discovered Eric's trip 10 years ago on the SP20 live comp. My old roommate had Purple Blue, so I never heard this one before. It's really good, and probably one of my favourite ET releases. Really enjoy the sound of it. Favorite track: KISS ME ON THE HEAD.
