Lost Tribe Sound I'll admit, I'm late to the game when it comes to bvdub. I have lots of friends who have told of his brilliance over the years. I equate it to a similar thing I went through with Rafael Anton Irisarri. My brain overwhelmed with the various copycats in their respective genre, sort of overlooked the whole thing. Finally, the stars have aligned, I now realize they are the masters of their field. The precision, patience, and subtle detail involved is in a league all its own. I'm sold

In the Treeeees Weighty and thoughtful music. Similar in structure to some compositions by r beny, and no less compelling. Instrumentation changes from one theme to the next at just the right pace, giving each one the proper time to sink into your ears. Each song is a journey, and it is a privilege to get six of them in long form all in one album. Favorite track: Flightless [F]lowers.

Jacob Childress My favorite bvdub release in awhile. Melty emotions and complex layers, verdant soundscapes of sonic wizardry. Wandering beats laced throughout, vocal layers echo like forgotten tears, and spots of monumental BASS. Songs you feel more than hear. There's no current language to describe music like this. In 2076 someone will find this gem and say "Damn this was so far ahead of it's time".
