  1. Hail to the Thief (Live Recordings 2003-2009)
    by Radiohead
    supported by
    ajatuslapsi thumbnail
ajatuslapsi Hail to more pleasant surprises! 2025 keeps on giving (some good tunes, at least).
    T_eaLeaves thumbnail
T_eaLeaves I had to buy it. As a huge Radiohead fan, this really scratches the itch. This is better than the studio album, even with less songs. The crowds had a lot of energy in these recordings, it feels like you're with them.

This is an angry, focused, punchy album - live or not. One does not need to read between the lines to understand it. Really, to me, it's a more conventional sound for Radiohead, after Kid A's time in the spotlight.
    mariamusic998 thumbnail
mariamusic998 A rare document of Radiohead at one of the most experimental and chaotic peaks of their career. A hidden gem every fan was waiting for. Favorite track: 2 + 2 = 5 (Live).

inasmuch a lyrical masterpiece full of clever lines and genuine emotion Favorite track: Tempest.
    Pigfoot Nosebeggar thumbnail
Pigfoot Nosebeggar How they're not headlining festivals by now is beyond me. One of, if not THE best punk rock / post-hardcore band out there. This isn't even an opinion, but simply a fact. Not a single bad song, always quality. Favorite track: Ghost of a Smile.
    bandfan25 thumbnail
bandfan25 A stormy, emo-flavored pop punk record, and another Halloweentime treat! Favorite track: Tempest.

Your Mom's House Your Mom's House

    mattjelly thumbnail
    mattjelly An introspective masterpiece.

An exploration of vulnerability, self-acceptance, and, perhaps unexpectedly, inspiration.

A poignant reminder that we're capable of being the person we want to be – the person that we are.

I'm forever changed. Favorite track: One Foot.
  5. Kid A

deliciouschildren This album got me through some DEEP shit. Thanks for getting me through my mom gradually starting to hate me more as I got older and the hell that was freshman second semester.🥹
    openbyhand thumbnail
openbyhand Reminds me of my final year at Kingston University.

I bought a couple of Radiohead albums in the 90's, but stopped after OK Computer because I didn't think they could improve on that.
Fast forward 25+ years and I listened to Kid A for the first time and was completely blown away by it. Perfection?... possibly.
I've also bought A Moon Shaped Pool on the strength of the animated video to Burn The Witch. My Radiohead journey may well end there (although I did buy Hail To The Thief Live when I've never heard the studio album). Favorite track: Kid A.
