This album really does feel like flegel has fully stepped into the persona of Cindy Lee, forgoing a lot of the production of previous albums that were more akin to stuff on women. “Diamond Jubilee” is a musical journey by the artist Cindy Lee, not Patrick flegel. ITS PERFECT! Favorite track: 24/7 Heaven.

    nemisans13 Ah Flamingo Funk delivers... I heard the 3rd album first after finding the minidisc in Japan, i sought the other 2 and finally have all 3. i think this and the 2nd are my favorite. This one is definitely up there. Lot of gems. Favorite track: Timeshare'94 - Mr. Sparkle.

    tim_the_curator Man, Fukui makes a hell of a first impression here. Fingers FLYING across the keys! High energy from all involved, with all the agility and passion of youth at their disposal. The drum solo at the end of Early Summer on Side A by Fukui Yoshinori is ridiculous, and the title track by Ryo is a beautiful, mellow finale. Great introduction to a particular flavor of Japanese jazz, and a great pressing (clearly done with care) by WRWTFWW.

    mad ☆ really appreciate the artist selection on here, though i was surprisingly a little underwhelmed by a couple i normally love. still, some lovely tracks on here, and for a lovely cause too.

    helicopters was an instant love and universal soldier the standout track for sure ughhh so good (why won't bandcamp let me set it as my fav!!) 😩 Favorite track: Helicopters.
