Ici, Ryosuke Mochida assume un dungeon synth de fantaisie médiévale, théâtral jusqu'à l'excès. Il dresse un portrait de l'humanité en creux : elle corrompt naturellement les nations voisines. DeadGiant Hallowed Land the perfect album for anyone of a certain age group, who's childhood was filled with pixelated RPG adventures. The opening track alone strikes a outrageously nostalgic note for me. Each note reminding me of a time filled with creative growth, wonder, and emotional development. It fills me up with a palpable sense of happy sadness every time the last track ends. Just like all my favorite old adventures. Favorite track: Alfador.
