derwolpertinger The best Fief Album so far. Favorite track: Meet Me When Turrets Notch the Setting Sun.
    gefs thumbnail
gefs Bright, earthy sketches.. I think track two is sublime.
    warmhotself thumbnail
warmhotself I say it every time, but this might be Fief's masterpiece. Longer songs allow for changes of tempo, of time signature, of emotion. Sound beds and an overarching concept make this an evolution. It's a heatwave in my country. I lay in a hazy meadow in the late afternoon, my feet in the waters of a babbling brook, a breeze teasing my hair, headphones on. I was grounded and transported at the same time. Pure illumination. Favorite track: Maiden in Her Trellised Bower.

Jared Harrison Every release Mr. Riedl does is inconceivably better than the last. Every album blows my mind in a new way. The guitar chords in “View From My Hammock Perched” are absolutely MASSIVE. Favorite track: View From My Hammock Perched.
    Tyler thumbnail
Tyler Memories of a Future World is hitting hard for me right now, unwinding after traveling back to the east coast from the Blood Incantation Denver show and it's providing a truly wonderful bookend :') Favorite track: Memories Of A Future World.

    Nocturnal Egg (Jordan) thumbnail
Excellent ! Favorite track: The mystic undergrowth of the Thos' forest.

JimSim Not a bad song on this epic piece of energy-driven slab of metal! I just randomly picked a favorite song since it's so hard to choose just one.
Check it out! You won't be disappointed! Favorite track: The Nuclear Winter.
    warlon_93 thumbnail
warlon_93 Excellent riffs from both bass and guitar, great depth, pounding drums, and soaring vocals. Everything you would want from pure traditional, HEAVY FUCKING METAL!!!!!!!!! Favorite track: Witch Castle.
    Onuma thumbnail
Onuma When I feel the need to drown the outside world out, I come to bands like Doublegeddon. I don't need to think about heady topics, or have my brain jolted by rapid time signature changes. This band gives me the driving, heavy metal 4/4 time jams I crave.

Instead, I can think about what the heck they found alive and awake in The Nuclear Winter. Favorite track: The Nuclear Winter.

    DeadGiant thumbnail
DeadGiant Hallowed Land the perfect album for anyone of a certain age group, who's childhood was filled with pixelated RPG adventures. The opening track alone strikes a outrageously nostalgic note for me. Each note reminding me of a time filled with creative growth, wonder, and emotional development. It fills me up with a palpable sense of happy sadness every time the last track ends. Just like all my favorite old adventures. Favorite track: Alfador.
    WereGnome Nick thumbnail
WereGnome Nick This hits me hard. Setting off all of the big feels of nostalgia from the SNES RPGs of my childhood that I still enjoy in my ever increasing age. Beautiful work.
