Joseph_Hogan Miles to Midnight is easily one of my favorite dark ambient albums to date, breaking the mold of dark Ambient; Atrium Carceri, Cities Last Broadcast and God Body Disconnect collaborate to make a listening experience worthy for long nights of poker, panicking in the hotel lobby or driving at night with blinding fog!
Favorite track: Quiet Days On Earth.
    Daniel Pearson thumbnail
Daniel Pearson My favorite ambient album of all time. A CC classic that is well blended with jazzy notes, dark drones, sleepy melodies, and the backstory of a mans haunted past. Well rounded all in all, and just plain noir-crime ambient goodness! Favorite track: Scene Of The Crime.

lyriumwolf This album somehow makes me think of an abandoned hotel or a hotel with ghosts or others unexplained happenings. I love it. Favorite track: Sorry Sir, You Are In The Wrong Room.

tim_the_curator Anthemic, rhythmic, hypnotic, cinematic and timeless. Excellent and ambitious, with an explosive and almost whimsical start, closing with a teal-colored twilight on Side B in “Wheels within Wheels.” "Control 1 (Interlude)" is my other favorite. There are no weak tracks here. Everything feels thought out and conscious; almost exhaustingly so. There’s no filler, only entrees. Filling and warm. Favorite track: Cantorum.
    Matthieu JOLY thumbnail
Matthieu JOLY I love the Kraftwerk reprise!
    Thanks !!!
    ojdo thumbnail
ojdo Again one of those timeless masterpieces, hidden in plain sight. Modern classical music, occasionally flirting with fantasy movie soundtrack themes.
Favourite tracks: #9 Wheels within Wheels, closely followed by #6 Protection.
    David Parry thumbnail
David Parry Inspiringly melodic, a tiny labyrinth of delightfulness, the real question Penguin Cafe's legacy asks is: "why isn't more contemporary instrumental music this good?" Favorite track: Ricercar.
