Merci d'avoir fait la paix pour créer cet album, on espère que vous allez continuer, c'était bon avant, mais là, mais là, les gars, c'est majestueux!!!

mullethut MorganEve, Thank you for releasing this album it is such an amazing piece. Your performance of Jackson is by far one of my favorite, I grew up listening to Johnny Cash and June Carter. It was quite a surprise to hear it. Favorite track: Jackson.

yeahexactly Thank you so much for sharing this show with us.
The closest I’ve ever gotten to seeing you live is taking a deep dive into your YouTube videos.

I love the little changes in the live album as opposed to the studio stuff.
Little timing changes etc that just make the music more interesting and entertaining.
    Thank you again.
It’s good to hear your voices together <3
    Much love.

kstatick i just bought this album. i listened to madness in miniature non-stop after i bought it. i remember the walls of sound, so oppressive, in a good way. the day you flew away is not as oppressive, but still draws you. has an almost 70s groove to it? in a good way. LOVE THIS DUO !!!
    bynkman thumbnail
bynkman NEW FAN! I bought this album on a lark at a local vinyl shop, after listening to only one track. Which one, I don't know. Last night I finally played the whole album. Loved it all, with never knowing what would come next. Loved the vinyl colors too. Ended up returning to the shop today, and bought a "Madness in Miniature", that I knew was hiding in the stacks. Favorite track: The Day You Flew Away.
    Morgan Routt thumbnail
Morgan Routt Jesus lord all mighty, never ever have they let me down. This is a double feature/creature feature for the melody heads that appreciate the stick play and haunting vocals that me.Gnome can afford you. Do yourself a favor, take an emotional plunge and FEEL once again. 🤘

    Michael Butler thumbnail
Michael Butler Do yourself a favor and give this album your full attention when you listen - you’ll be rewarded. Nicole Barille’s voice...holy shit. Strong in the pocket, marvelously controlled, affected but not distractingly so. It’s a singular instrument. I defy you to listen to this and not come away completely enamored: youtu.be/TaP60cR_Pls Love this record. Favorite track: Follow.

Lute FP And... this is why I love BC. A map that guides a music lover unerringly to buried treasure.

Pulling together elements of 50s and 60s doo-wop (think one-hit wonders) and blues rock (think Animals and Bo Diddly), throw in some Van Morrison, a dash of modern jazz-funk, a stellar female backing vocal group, and killer songwriting that feels timeless and fresh at the same time.

    Loving it.

    Lisa thumbnail
Lisa I spent a lot of time with this album on tree-lined Washington roads this winter (perfect) and almost every song triggers a swoon reaction in me. Each song builds to it's own ballad-y moment which makes the entire album really fun to sing along to. Favorite track: Over Your Head.

ZeCoop Mr Gnome always brings the energy and this one has some new twists. Killer riffs with some dance-able electronica. Another great album! Favorite track: Not This Time, Devil.
    kstatick thumbnail
kstatick the songs on this album may be catchy-er than their other albums. kinda makes me think of LCD Soundsystem or The Yeah Yeah Yeahs? but still more raw than either of those bands. the first track is awesome and it was hard to choose between Nothing and Everything versus Not This Time, Devil. Favorite track: Not This Time, Devil.
    jgokorsch thumbnail
jgokorsch Awesome opening track. Has the Mr. Gnome we know and love with a bit more electronic hard edge. Fantastic new album, can't wait to see you again live! Favorite track: Nothing and Everything.

Johnny Bower Emotionally rich and harmonic melodies, infused with a playful joy and weathered heartache. Funky and glitchy, sometimes majestic & sedate, it's filmic quality transports your imagination and summons a mixture of nostalgia and futurism.
Inspiring for musicians to get creative too. :)
