Joe Belson A wonderful mellow improvised jam of an album. "The Dance" has a really great melody which sets the vibe. Favorite track: The Dance.

Rudal Well... Well... Coroner plays death metal now. A surprising but very good album.

TheEliteExtremophile Dissonance Theory is a fantastic record. Coroner had been inactive for so long, the idea of them releasing new music hadn’t even crossed my mind, but I am very glad they’ve put this out. Everything here sounds incredibly fresh and new while also having an obvious connection to their older work.

Tom Colquhoun Never heard Coroner's original output but I listened to this on a whim and was blown away. This is everything good about thrash, but with atmosphere and texture. A real breadth of influence here, and it comes together immaculately. Favorite track: Transparent Eye.

brantly Incorporating influences from Brandon Butler's insanely undervalued post-Boys Life band, Canyon, with some math-rock Tom Petty, which a comparison I've never used before, but it's a really cool amalgamation of several separate genres. It is less of an extension of where Boy's Life left off back in '96, & more a new direction, it is still imbued with a specific BL sound, even if it's a cry from 'Lister' era BL, it's still rad. and stoically lonely; like last call bells & East Coast lighthouses. Favorite track: Always.

Christopher Shaffer Phenomenal start to finish. What I get out of music might be entirely different than what anyone else reading this does. My own life’s experiences and journey shape my relationship with music. This is such beautiful Americana. I swing a hammer for a living. This record, for me, is about who we were and who we’ve become, for the good and the bad. Favorite track: Ordinary War.

ming_dynasty20 I remember listening to this album back in 2022 while I was studying AP US History in my junior year of high school, and after that, I forgot it for awhile, but have recently found a new love for it. This is by far my favorite ambient album, and I am proud to call it that. Favorite track: Pop 4.
