Suzan L. Clark is a judge for the Clark Superior Court in Clark County, Washington. She was appointed to the court by Governor Jay Inslee and assumed office on May 13, 2013.[1] In 2013, Clark was elected for a three-year unexpired term.[2]
Clark won re-election in 2016. She was unopposed in the general election on November 8, 2016.

Clark received both her B.S. and her J.D. from the University of Oregon.[3]
Career
Before joining the court, Clark has served as a pro tem commissioner from 1999 until her appointment to the court in 2013. She also ran her own law practice, specializing in criminal and family law, and has also previously served as a prosecutor for six years.[4]

Washington held general elections for local judicial offices on November 8, 2016. Candidates for district and superior court seats had to file for election by May 20, 2016. Primary elections were held on August 2, 2016, for six seats where more than two candidates filed for election. Incumbent Suzan Clark ran unopposed in the Clark Superior Court nonpartisan general election for Position 8.[5]
