
Baking Bosses was founded by Charlotte Dodds and Jo Coulson, two successful baking business owners who are passionate about helping other bakers turn their skills into profitable, sustainable businesses. Having built their own businesses from home kitchens, they understand the challenges that come with starting, running and growing a baking business, and created Baking Bosses to provide the kind of support they wished had existed when they were starting out.
Today, Baking Bosses supports bakers at every stage of their journey, from hobby bakers considering their first sale through to established business owners looking to increase their orders, improve their systems and grow with confidence. Through training, resources, workshops, memberships and a supportive community, Charlotte and Jo help bakers develop the skills needed to succeed on the business side of baking.

While many baking courses focus on recipes, decorating techniques and product creation, Baking Bosses focuses on everything that happens behind the scenes. This includes topics such as marketing, visibility, social media, pricing, customer service, sales, business planning, food safety requirements and building a brand that attracts the right customers. The aim is to give bakers practical, real-world guidance that can be applied immediately, without unnecessary jargon or complicated strategies.
One of the things that sets Baking Bosses apart is its strong sense of community. Charlotte and Jo firmly believe that bakers achieve more when they support one another, and this philosophy runs through everything they do. Their approach is built around collaboration rather than competition, creating an environment where bakers can ask questions, share experiences, celebrate successes and learn from others who understand the unique challenges of the industry
