the person who sings melodies both sweet, sad, and sublime, whether worded songs over the phone and in person, or wordless ones in the midst of a thunderstorm which calm the very elements with their beauty

who knows beautiful and amazing things about animals, plants, being vegan, pagan, and queer, about being in love and lust and desiring wonderful things

who holds me close on a warm evening as fireworks burst above us

who introduces me to all kinds of beautiful experiences and people

who speaks carefully and brilliantly about animal rights, queer rights, gender issues

who loves animals, people, and cuddlies

who rolls down a soft green hill, laughing and smiling

who has eyes like the sun shining in the blue sky, like sun-flowers in a pool of water

who also has eyes like an owl, beautiful and bright and deep-seeing

who teaches me about all the wonderful things she knows

who has beautiful and amazing stories about people, real and otherwise

who dreams so beautifully and powerfully that i do not miss my own when i hear hers
