Nekoweb actually has a visitor counter! Yay! FC2's counter wasn't quite what I wanted. They have a good service, but the Nekoweb counter fits my needs better since it's integrated with me actual site stats.
Guess who's figuring out SSI, girls? Watch out!

Soooo I may have gone a little overboard with another redesign. Now we have a theme select, menu, and content tabs. Having different pages didn't sit right. I'm addicted to using tabs, send help lol
Also updated the site counter to include repeated visits. Changed the visitor count based on my Nekoweb analytics. Bigger numbers make my brain happy, what can I say?

Moved the site navigation to the side bar. This feels a little cleaner to me, but I might change it back. We'll see!

Added a "go to top" button since this page is getting so long. I'm toying with the idea of splitting the content into different pages. Time will tell.

Okay by why did I stay up 'til 3am working on this dark/light system layout. I got a little carried away, it seems.
I think the general vibe of the layout has changed enough to re-brand a bit. My brain isn't capable of any measure of wit right now, so that's a tomorrow task.

Cleaned up this website's code substantially. It's now less spaghetti-like! Somewhat!
I used Phoenix Code to get everything in order in a neutral environment, but... honestly, I wouldn't enjoy doing all of my coding in there. Nekode has so many quality of life improvements, plus doesn't contain any bloatware. Phoenix works as kind of a staging area well enough, I guess. At least I don't have to worry about my site getting bumped up in the Explore feed while it's all fucked up. That's a little nerve-wracking lol
I'm going to work on light/dark modes or maybe a layout toggle over the weekend. Haven't decided yet. Wish me luck!
Added and fixed a bunch of stuff on the World of Horror shrine. It's really coming along nicely!

Updated the header image. I kept tinkering with the Hiroshi Nagai art and it started to feel disrespectful lol
Now we've got some waves from one of my favorite series: Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou~
I've also set up my blog over on Bear. I love their mission statement and even though the platform's a bit tough to navigate, I think it's worth using!

Great news! I was able to secure a domain of my very own. So now my nekoweb address directs to awdrey.net!
Now if only my status.cafe account verification would show up...
