Shipping Policy
At Auto Obsession, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders quickly and safely. Below are the details of our shipping process:
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using USPS, UPS, DHL, and truck freight, depending on the size and destination of your items. To expedite the process, certain items may be drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer's warehouse. We offer shipping within the United States and worldwide, with some restrictions on certain international destinations.
Order Processing & Delivery Estimates
- Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days.
- Items that need to be manufactured will ship after they are completed.
- Delivery times vary based on item availability, shipping method, and destination.
- Some items may ship from different locations and arrive separately.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are based on the size of the packages and/or the total order amount (excluding sales tax).
- All shipping costs shown at checkout are estimates and may vary. If additional payment is required for shipping, we will contact you before processing the order. If you do not wish to proceed, you may cancel for a full refund.
- If truck freight shipping is required, we can often combine multiple items into one truck freight shipment for a single truck freight charge if all items are available in a single location.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally, but some products may not be eligible for international delivery.
Truck Freight Shipping
- Parts that are too large for regular UPS, USPS or FedEx shipping must be shipped via Truck Freight. The carrier is determined by the shipping warehouse. It's highly recommended that truck freight shipment be delivered to a valid Commercial address with a loading dock. They can be delivered to other commercial addresses but their may be additional fees such as a liftgate fee or limited access fee. Although not recommended, truck freight shipments can be delivered to most residential addresses, but this is much more expensive. Most likely, a delivery appointment will need to be made. The customer is responsible for any extra charges, including re-delivery fees, etc.
Pickup/ Will-call Options
- To save on shipping costs, depending on inventory availability, you may pick up your order at our store in Simi Valley, CA. Parts made by Dynacorn may be will-called at one of their warehouses in Camarillo, CA, or Leetsdale, PA. Dynacorn charges a will-call fee. Parts manufactured by AMD can be picked up at the Gainsville, AL warehouse. Contact us to make these arrangements.
