lots of questions about rhogam shots lately

ok, i already know i'm gonna have to have the rhogam shot, my doctor told me a looong time ago.(but now im starting to think that maybe he didnt....so now im not sure. ive been forgetting SOO many things lately) what i dont like about my doctor though is that he doesnt tell me the appointment before whats going to happen next time. like my last appointment, i had the glucose test, and he didnt even tell me the appointment before that i was going to have that, and he should have because those things take a whole hour. i guess from now on i should probably ask, even though i think he should tell me without me having to ask, but anyways!

my question is: it seems like a lot of u are talking about that it also depends on the dad's blood type, about whether u need the rhogam shot or not. and i know he doesnt know his own blood type, so does he have to come in so they can check his blood ...or what?
