Poll Close
In-person Election Day voting ends at 8 p.m. local time (11 p.m. ET). Oregon covers two time zones but will not release any results until final polls in the state close at 8 p.m. PT.
Advance Vote
Oregon mailed ballots to all registered voters starting on Oct. 16. Mail ballots must be postmarked by Nov. 5 and arrive by Nov. 12 to be counted.
First Results
In 2020, AP first reported results at 11:00 p.m. ET. Oregon conducts its elections by mail.
2020 Race Call
AP declared Joe Biden the winner at 11 p.m. ET on Nov. 3. He won 57% of the vote to Donald Trump's 41%. By midnight ET, about 80% of total votes cast were reported.
