send tab to device feature is so very useful. For example: get a text message on phone with link to "follow my delivery" UPS tracking. Open link on mobile firefox, hit share, and send to desktop instance of firefox. Kudos to firefox team for that one!

I don't know what's been up with @firefox.com lately, but they've been cooking with the last few major releases. New sidebar (w/ an optional AI chatbot), vertical tabs, tab groups, a new profile manager, and more recently, custom NTP wallpapers. A whole boatload of QoL features!
What's your favorite Firefox feature (and is it tab groups 👀)
When you accidentally close a tab, simply use “Command+Shift+T” to reopen it. This feature can be repeated for previously closed tabs, but let’s be honest... do you really NEED all of them?

If you haven't already, you should really explore a different browser of your computer and mobile devices. I'd suggest or a fork of FireFox.

I'm a vertical tabs convert, super space efficient with them collapsed and that CTRL+Z key command (to expand/collapse) is getting committed to muscle memory. Thanks 🦊

Oh nice, looks like you can turn on tab groups in @firefox.com as an experimental feature. Just enter "about:config" into the address bar, click the "Accept the Risk and Continue" button, search for the browser.tabs.groups.enabled setting, and toggle it to true. Wish I would've known this earlier

Did you know that Firefox is a wonderful alternative to Google Chrome? It also has a handy feature where it can import all of your saved data like bookmarks, auto fills, and passwords over from Chrome! 💚
Being an open-source browser means: ✔️ anyone can contribute to making it better ✔️ anyone can inspect our code ✔️ It's for the people, by the people
Pro tip: Ctrl/cmd + shift + T will bring back any tabs you accidentally closed... but maybe it's okay to close tabs every once in a while? 😅

Don't listen to fearmongers online who say stuff like "everything is backdoored! privacy is over there's nothing you can do!" That's not true. Every small step you take, like getting a password manager, switching most conversations to Signal instead of SMS, using a reputable VPN, etc makes a diff
