    Okay but WHY does A Life Manual Finally by Gerry O Rilley feel like the life guide we all should’ve been handed at 18?? Like hello?? Where was this when we were out here googling “how to be an adult” at 2am 😭 The “back to basics” section is lowkey a reality...
    Okay but WHY does A Life Manual Finally by Gerry O Rilley feel like the life guide we all should’ve been handed at 18?? Like hello?? Where was this when we were out here googling “how to be an adult” at 2am 😭

    The “back to basics” section is lowkey a reality check. Hygiene, manners, dressing well, it’s giving “get your life together but politely.” Not gonna lie, it made me rethink a few habits and suddenly I care about table etiquette?? Who am I.

    Then comes the random knowledge dump and I’m not complaining. It’s like your brain is on a field trip, philosophy, cultures, weird facts, it’s chaotic but in a “I’m kinda smarter now” way. You’ll read one page and feel 10% more interesting instantly.

    The real fun part? The mix of survival skills and soft-life hobbies. One second it’s teaching you how to handle real-world chaos, next second it’s like “learn poetry, travel, enjoy life babe.” The balance is actually elite, practical but also romanticizing life a little.

    Overall, this isn’t a one-sitting read, it’s your slow glow-up companion. A book you come back to when you’re trying to fix your life or just feel like you have it together for a minute. And honestly? We all need that energy.
