    Bought it during black friday November 25, 2025 but didn't install it until January 2026. As of March 2026 it stopped working. It accepts charge and says 99%, but the touch screen is unresponsive to touch, the motion sensor doesn't acknowledge hand motion, and the uv light doesn't come on. Product received doesn't stand the test of time (it lasted 2-3 months)

    Really great product. I honestly can't tell if it's working but my toothbrush doesn't smell and it has some sort of a light on it that's supposed to help with killing germs so I'd like to think that it's working. We use it our apartment actually for space because we don't have much counter space which is why I originally bought it, however it seems to be working fine simply puts the light on it to kill the germs and bacteria.

    Update to the below - I let it continue running until the battery died. I then fully charged then turned back on and it was working as expected. I waited a while to update the review to ensure it continued to work, but I have not had any issues since. It does work as expected now thankfully!

    Arrived not working. I took it out of the package and hadn’t even charged it before it started a cycle of opening, closing, counting down from 99 then reopening over and over again with no breaks. I tried the power button for long and short presses but nothing worked. Essentially had to let the battery die before it would stop.

    It should come with screws but otherwise it’s been tried and true. We have used a few but this is the one we like the best. Please add screws so we can just screw the wall plate on the wall. The double sticky thing did not work for us at all. It’s sturdy and a great value and works for our two toothbrushes. We haven’t traveled with it but the battery life is really great. It charges fast!

    I wrote an earlier review stating that it seemed to be working, light came on, auto open and shut were good, it closed up and protected the brush to at least some extent and the initial charge was quick. That was less than 1 month ago. Now it refuses to charge and won't work even when plugged in so it's a manually operated cover now that doesn't sanitize anything. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. Sorry about my earlier 4 star rating
