    I am so disgustingly disappointed with the custom stamp for my handmade soap line. I ordered a simple name stamp on an acrylic backdrop. I received it and was so excited; however, upon opening the stamp, I was confused by how thin it was and how childlike it appeared. The stamp looked very cheap, and it was not etched deeply enough to stamp my soaps. I can't return this stamp, and it is ridiculous. I provided the information and paid for its manufacturing to get a product that is subjectively garbage because of its horrible craftsmanship. I hope the consumers reading this will not patronize this company, as I believe they knew this product was not appropriate for sale. I had a product release for Saturday. I hope to find another stamp in time to produce another batch before our release.
