I purchased this bottle just to try out in the summer of 2023. It is now the summer of 2026 and I still use it multiple times a week (only because I now have multiple Owalas and I have just ordered my third Owala FreeSip). I have used so many cups—Stanleys, Yetis, Hydrojugs, Hydroflask, etc—and the Owala is still my favorite. Here’s my favorite things about it:

LEAKPROOF! This is the biggest one. I can throw it my bag and trust that everything will stay dry.

THE SPOUT! Hands down the best spout I’ve ever used. I love that I can sip through the straw but then close the lid and keep my straw clean and not have any spills if it tips over. And then it also gives me the option to absolutely inhale water if I’m about to shrivel up from dehydration. I think this alone is why I now own three in different sizes.

STAYS COLD! The 32 ounce holds ice for quite a while. It varies depending on how often I refill it but if I’m not constantly refilling it, it will hold ice for about 24 hours.

THE SIZES! I love the size options. My original one was a 32 ounce and is a great middle ground for me. It holds enough water that I’m not refilling it every hour but it’s not huge. It’s great for work and this bottle will be going to live at my job. I just ordered the 40 ounce for home because I want a little more volume when I’m outside gardening but I can’t say much about the 40 ounce size yet. I also have a 16 ounce (kids size) that I use when I leave the house. It fits in a lot of my bags and it’s leakproof so I always have cold water with me. It’s perfect especially since I’m on medication that causes dehydration if I’m not careful.

DISHWASHER SAFE! This one is self explanatory.

It’s amazing and I love it. There are a few cons though. The first one is that the 32 ounce doesn’t fit in my cup holder. Not a huge deal since it’s leakproof—I just keep it on the passenger seat. But Owala does have cup holder friendly options now if that’s something you want.

The bottle also does dent and scratch fairly easily. I dropped it getting out my car one day and it’s a little beat up now. Kind ugly, but it’s still my fave. It’s kinda disappointing because I have Yetis and Stanleys that have been through far worse and still look new. Just be mindful of that and baby it a little. Still 100% worth it though.

Long story short, it’s a great bottle that will keep your water cold and everything else dry. As someone who has used this bottle regularly for years, I highly recommend!

This a great water bottle if you don’t need the much larger 32/36 oz size. My husband wanted a water bottle that would keep his water cold without feeling like he was lugging around a huge water bottle and this fits the bill. It’s made of a heavy duty stainless steel but is still light enough to carry around all day.

It conveniently holds a full 24 oz and manages to keep your beverages cold for a full 24 hours, with ice remaining at least 10 hours. The straw and sipping functionality make this convenient to use in different situations. The color is true to image and is well bonded to the metal, so there won’t be any flaking or scratches. The straw is removable to allow for easy cleaning; however the bottle is just narrow enough that you can’t get a hand inside to wash it, so be sure to have a bottle brush handy. That narrowness of the bottle allows for an easy handhold grip around the bottle. The handle allows for only a two finger hold, which may be inconvenient for some folks. The lid latches securely so if you tip the bottle over nothing leaks as long as it is closed.

I have the larger size and I can say that these are unequivocally the best water bottles we’ve owned.

I love this water bottle! It is very durable and keeps my ice in south Louisiana heat and humidity. I have been working summer camp and had a lot of outdoor time. I refilled the bottle twice throughout the day and had a good amount of ice each time! The color is absolutely beautiful and I love that you can Lock it, but it also has a small handle that flips up for easy carrying. I purchased a smaller size in a different color for my daughter as well. I’ve only used it a few times, but I look forward to seeing how it holds up over the school year. We use our water bottles everyday and tote them everywhere for afterschool activities. I’m hoping they hold up better than our Stanley’s last year. They dented and had chipped paint pretty quickly.

These are the very best Owala free sip water bottles. The stainless steel keeps the water cold for hours. They don’t leak and you don’t need a straw. Very easy to use with a handle to carry them. My grandkids and my grown children use these all the time. We have bought about 10 or more over the years. I would definitely recommend getting one of these especially if you live in hot weather

I absolutely love this water bottle. Working 12-hour shifts, I need something reliable, and this bottle keeps my water ice-cold the entire time. In fact, the ice stays frozen until my shift is completely over. The push-button cap makes it incredibly easy to pop open for a quick drink during a busy day. It feels highly durable, and the carry handle is very convenient. It is a fantastic product at a very fair price, and I hope to use it for many years to come!

I absolutely LOVE this water bottle! It’s easy to use. Easy to clean. Keeps my water cold..and when I mean cold, I mean there’s still ice in my cup the next morning! It does not leak if you lay it down. Perfect! There are all different sizes. I got the 32 ounce so it doesn’t fit all the way in my cup holders in my truck, but I don’t care about that. You can drink from the straw or you can turn it up and drink that way as well.

I got this Owala for my son and really like it so far! My favorite feature is that you can drink from either the built-in straw or use the chug opening. It gives him both options without having to switch out lids or pieces, which is really convenient.

The bottle itself feels sturdy and good quality, and the lid closes securely and has a handle that makes it easy to carry. The colors are also really fun and vibrant.

My only concern is the coating on the outside. It feels like it may be somewhat easy to scratch, especially since this is going to be used by a kid and tossed into bags, taken to school, etc. We’ll see how it holds up over time!

Overall, though, I’m really happy with it.

I am absolutely thrilled with my Owala FreeSip stainless steel water bottle as it has quickly become my absolute favorite for every day use, and it is easily the best insulated bottle I have ever owned. The best part for me is the built- in straw. It allows me to sipupright or I can drink from the widemouth opening. The push button lock lid locks securely so I can toss it in my tote bag without worrying about any spills. The stainless steel keeps the water ice cold all day even if I leave it in my hot car! It has a convenient carry loop. It can be filled with large ice cubes, and it’s easy to clean. You will love it!!!

Vamos lá, primeiramente que eu AMEI a garrafa, estava super ansiosa pela chegada dela e não me arrependo em absolutamente NADA de ter comprado. Ela mantém a água gelada por MUITO tempo(se você for como eu q é curioso em saber quando tempo exatamente, um ótimo exemplo foi que eu coloquei água nela SEM GELO ás 16 da tarde e no dia seguinte ás 8 horas quando acordei ainda estava gelada como se tivesse acabado de sair do filtro d'água, lembrando que meu filtro tem agua gelada). O canudo dela é sensacional e super prático, mas também recomendo comprar uma daquelas escovinhas pra limpar.

Além disso, ela é muito linda e grande. Eu comprei a de 945ml e tá perfeita pra mim, já que tem uma alça e o material externo da garrafa não é escorregadio ao toque.

Agora falando dos pontos negativos, o único ponto negativo que eu tenho a mencionar aqui sobre essa garrafa é a entrega. Vi muitas pessoas reclamando sobre a demora da entrega e realmente aconteceu comigo também, o prazo pra envio é ENORME, acredito que seja por causa da quantidade de pessoas que compram essa garrafa, então demorou MUITO pra enviarem, aprox um mês. A entrega em si depois do envio foi de uma semana +/-, então acredito que seja mesmo uma coisa de estoque.

O problema é que a garrafa deveria vir numa caixa de papelão, forrada por dentro e tudo mais. Mas na verdade ela veio dentro de um saquinho sem nada, só a garrafa, envelopado por um pacotinho com uma camada DUVIDOSA de papel bolha. Acredito inclusive que esse tenha sido o motivo do arranhão da foto(é pequeno, bem pequeno, e fica na parte de baixo, praticamente nem dá pra notar, principalmente depois que eu comprar aquele molde de silicone pra botar na garrafa).

Enfim, o produto é perfeito, mas pecam bastante na forma como enviaram, e nem é pela demora, mas sim pelos danos causados aos produtos, visto que mais gente aqui teve o mesmo problema.

Muito boa, não vaza, conserva a temperatura.
