*30yo female, 135lbs, diagnosed anxiety and adhd*

Now that I have owned this blanket for a while, I decided now is the time to give my two cents about it.

This blanket is too heavy for me now that I have lost some weight, but I still use it and will be ordering another at the proper weight. This blanket is well made and has good stitching. I use this whenever I feel anxious and it does such a good job making me feel grounded and comforted. I also use it (albeit less often) for sleeping. The only thing about that is that if you toss and turn a lot, this blanket limits it (which is a benefit for some people and a detriment for others, so worth mentioning). I feel grateful to have this as a tool in my self-care toolbox.

I bought this Twin Size Weighted Blanket in January of 2023, since then, I have used it every time I sleep; I even take it with me when I visit friends & family out of town. I recommend buying a Duvet Cover specifically made for Weighted Blankets as washing the actual Weighted Blanket is really hard on a washing machine. Just shy of a year later, this blanket is still in perfect condition. Not a single seam holding the beads in their pockets has split. The blanket has 8 loops to tie it into a duvet cover; one at each corner and another at each point between the corners. I am very impressed with the quality and highly recommend this blanket.

I love the weight and feel of this blanket. I’m always hot at night and this blanket does not make me hot! It is great

I gifted this to my grandmother and she liked it. She said it was soft and comfortable. It feels surprisingly heavier than 15 lbs. She said she slept good after using it the first time.

I sleep in a king size bed with my spouse and my dog; when either one of them or both are sleeping, they sleep deeply and move around a lot, leaving me with a tiny sliver of real estate on this large mattress to call my own. I bought the twin size blanket and put it on top of the bed when I go to sleep which anchors my space in the bed with me under it. The dog doesn't like the way it feels so she doesn't crowd me anymore and my spouse can't inadvertently hog the covers. This has given me back my ability to sleep with my bed buddies.

I have known about weighted blankets for a while now, but kept putting off buying it. I'm so glad I finally did! It is life changing! When I put this on and go to sleep, I feel like somebody is cuddling me. Sometimes I fold it 2 or 3 times to concentrate the weight and then put it on my back. It relaxes my nervous system like no other. It is the most amazing thing I have ever bought for myself. Not sure, how this compares with other weighted blankets, but far no issue, and I like the color.

I got twin size just for me since my boyfriend steals the other blanket anyway! I needed this to help with my anxiety, but it also helps people with depression, autism, ADHD and stress. It helps calm you down in a similar way to a baby being swaddled and helps you relax because of the pressure against your body. It’s recommended to get a weight that is 10% of how much you weigh.

This weighted blanket is far too cheap for its quality to be so high. The little squares prevents the sand from being dispersed and displaced so the blanket is extremely consistent. It makes me sleep extremely well and I would sob if this was a gift. One of my favorite possessions. LOVE IT.

I ordered this for myself as I have a plethora of mental health issues, and since I’ve been laid off again due to the pandemic it’s worsened. (Sleep issues among those.) so I ordered a 15lb blanket for myself (and a duvet cover) and both arrived this morning! Normally I’m so anxious and my ADHD that I can’t function. I threw this blanket around my shoulders while I finished my morning coffee and WOW! My anxiety decreased significantly and I was able to sit still for over an hour to get some stuff done on my laptop! I’ve yet to try it for sleep, but am excited to tonight! Definitely worth the money, great investment into yourself! Also very good quality for the price, I couldn’t justify spending $200+ on one for myself!!

I like this blanket. My only concern is the the weighted material may come through the blanket.. and it feels pokey. Comfortable to sleep with. I'm autistic and I can't sleep without the weight. I like the size and outer material. Nice weighted blanket.. just hope innards don't come out.

I like the product but the fact that it cannot be machine washed OR drycleaned is a deal breaker (spot wash only). I am considering returning but not sure if it will wind up in a landfill.

I have to say that the delivery guy was pretty awesome, somehow the box got damaged while in his truck. He rang the doorbell, waited for me, explained what happened and asked if I could open to see if there was any damages inside. The package ended up being ok, but I really appreciated that the driver cared enough to make sure it was ok. The blanket is great and my daughter loves it.

I thought this was supposed to be 10lbs not 15lbs. I find 15lbs kind of heavy. It is soft to the touch.
