I've had this for two years now, and it's really made a difference for me. For the record, at the time of buying, I was 29 and had back pain due to sitting in a bad chair all day at a computer. This stretcher (which I affectionately call my 'back cracker') makes a big difference when my back feels stiff and I'm struggling to really get a good stretch to loosen it up. I've had many, many days when I've been stiff from all the desk work and the stretcher has eased that stiffness like a champ. It's also held up well and works like it did the day I took it out of the box. I'm heavier, too, so I can attest that it can handle weight, and it's made of this nice thick plastic that flexes without straining.

I bought this back stretcher to ease pain in my lower back, to make it easier to stretch my spine and increase flexibility in my spine, try to help with my horrible posture , and try to help with my spinal alignment. I like that it has 3 levels. So far I am only using it on the 1st level. As soon as I lay on it, I can feel my spine stretching. It was a little uncomfortable at first, but now it feels good on my back. I have a little bit of a hard time when I lay on the floor with it, as my dog wants to join me and lay on me. But I definitely do feel better after I've stretched my back on it. I'm a CNA whose on their feet all day, doing some lifting, and I feel like it makes a difference with my back. I'm going to try to use it more often. It's definitely sturdy. I feel as if it's well made. So far I'm happy with my purchase.

The board is sturdy and the stretch feels good on my back. Although I have only used the lowest level, I feel that this has relieved some hip pain.

The MINOLL Back Stretcher is a good product overall — it definitely helps relieve lower back tension and gives a nice stretch after sitting for long hours. It’s easy to assemble and use, and I do feel relief when using it regularly.

However, the center cushion is a bit flimsy and tends to move out of place during use. I have to adjust or fix it almost every time, which can be a little annoying. If the cushion were sturdier or attached more firmly, this would be an excellent product.

I have had on-going issues with sciatica and general lower back pain. I finally decided I needed to be more proactive in dealing with it and get a device for stretching my lower back. After reading mostly favorable reviews for this item I decided to give it a try.

This stretcher in straightforward in design and function. I have only used it a few times but the results are good so far. I definitely get a good stretch in my lower back. I am hoping that by using this everyday I can mitigate the problems I have had by injuring my back when simply bending over to pick something up!. This device is easy to assemble, takes up very little space. And, most importantly, it works!

I really like this product. I suffer with anterolithesis in my L3 through 5 lumbar spine. When I lay face down atop this product it gently pushes that spinal area outward, momentarily taking it out of the abnormal lithesis. Using this item, affords more blood flow into that area and opens up those discs. My physical therapist approved me using this product.

It can be a bit stiff and hard to lay on so I use a small, thin pad to lay on over the product.

Pretty easy to assemble. Just what I needed. The moment I lay back on it my back cracked. Will be using it often. Very sturdy. Wish it had a vibration or temperature setting. That would be an added bonus!

A sturdy and well packaged product with clear instructions. I have only just started to use the stretcher but felt an immediate relief for my tight back.
