I have been using this product extensively for the past 3 months. Have used all the accessories and in all applications.

I have never really faced any operating or battery problems with this product like the other owners have . It is always recommended to read the entire user manual and understand the product first before you start using it.

Cleaning with it is easy and emptying the dust can is much easier. It can pick up even the smallest particles of dust from the floor and the other accessories can be used to clean roof, fans, windows, table top, and etc.

I will note down some of the problems i have faced with this device:

1. It will tire your hand while cleaning as the product is quite heavy along with the battery and even while cleaning the floor the weight of the gun rests on your arm. This is not a problem for me but it can be for others, maybe.

2. It is really not for cleaning the entire floor of the house as it will break your arm . It is for target area and maybe the corners of the floor, specific location where there is dust, etc. It is not practical to move around with this thing everywhere holding your finger on the trigger.

3. Holding your finger on the Triger: Yes, as soon as you let it go, the unit switches off so for long uses , you must keep your finger held on the trigger. This is infact a good thing because I do not use this product continuously for a long time and i am sure that helps the motor cool more efficiently.

4. There are three power modes on the device but it can only be set while the trigger is already pulled and it resets back to medium suction as soon as it is released. This is a very bad thing as i wish i could always operate the unit in power saving mode, but due to this it is always on medium settings. ( Low power mode can do the job just fine )

5. I can not find any replacements for this product in India. Such as battery , Hepa filter and Normal Filter.

This is just not right on the company's side!

Thats it now. I wish you think about it before you buy. For my use, it is an absolute wonder as i have two cats (Persians) , and an annoying younger brother who litters. We also own a robot vaccum cleaner which is also really great for floor cleaning.

Overall suction power is okay, good to clean pet hairs and fine dust. However batter life is less, on an average 15-20minutes max. s11 go doesn’t come with spare battery, and as of now spare battery is not available online too. Soft rollers are not provided with standard box and not available online either. Pros: cordless and good in removing fine dust, cons: battery life and replacement parts are not available anywhere to purchase

We loved the vacuum when we first bought it. But just 5 months in there was something wrong with one of the parts. It was within the warranty period and seemed like a minor issue, so I decided to call customer care. Boy has that been a journey!

Firstly, their number on the website isn't updated. So I had to call anker (their parent company) to get the number.

Once I spoke to them, they asked us to send videos and photos and a bunch of things. All of which I sent them instantly. They then said they would pick up the vacuum from us and will take ~ 1 month to repair and send us back the vacuum.

For 6 weeks now, they haven't even been able to arrange a pick up, let alone repair the item. I have followed up repeatedly and they keep promising a pick up but we still haven't had any luck.

For such an expensive product, its shocking that a) the cleaner can become faulty in under 6 months of use and b) customer service is so difficult to work with.

I like the vacuum but I want to give some points for improvement to the company for next iteration.

1. Allow me to keep the vacuum running without holding the trigger

2. Let me adjust the suction power of the vacuum and have it stay on it. Currently it resets to medium everytime you let go of the trigger

3. How is your li-ion battery with 2500mah capacity be so large and heavy. Its hard to believe its li-ion. Improvements needed.

4. Reduce the weight if you can.

Edit: The battery died very quickly with very sparse use. It runs for 5 minutes on medium now.

MY REASON TO BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I was thinking about buying the Dyson V8 which nearly Cost around ₹35000 and I found 2 alternative product , one was this Eufy Homevac S11 go and another was some INSE branded product which looked quite promising but I never heard about that brand and As I know 'ANKER' is quite popular brand so I decided to buy this.

REVIEW AFTER USAGE!!

Now it's 18-02-22 and product arrived 2 days earlier thanks to Amazon.

There is some Carpentery work going on in my house and there was lots of wood dust and cement all over the floor and furniture in the house.

I used this vaccum cleaner and it worked out so good and cleaned everything .

PRO's

It claims 42 mins of battery juice but it worked for nearly 60 minutes in single charge.

Very good features with Dual HEPA filters and 120 AW power (sames as Dyson v12)

Has 3 power modes while Dyson (V8) has only 2

Far more lighter than any other cordless Hoover in this segment (lighter than all DYSON products)

CONS ! :(

As we know there is no product in the world without draw backs.

So keeping this in mind.

The product is immortal but it is quite complex to operate for old people so brand should keep this in mind that the operation should be simple.

[To change mode we need to continuesly press the power button (not switch that is the draw back) or it will reset to normal mode]

Last but not least.

This product really worths every penny , if you are planning to buy any Hoover than buy this it is really worthy.

This works well. However on high power mode the duration is somewhere close to 5 mins due to limited battery capacity. You need to buy a spare battery that is not available on Amazon. However the battery is available in Chennai for 2500 rs. Plus gst 18% plus shipping charges with bill non returnable with no warranty. I ordered none which works well and I can get extensive time now and do not have to wait. I also ordered spare filters from Amazon. Overall it works well with upholstery ( home sofa, bed, car seats), suction power is good 23kpa, attachments are heavy not the usual flimsy ones we get with eureka Forbes.. if you need a budget vaccum cleaner as dyson is way too expensive then go for this. Cust care is available, they respond to your emails. You can get direct numbers for sales dept for spares or repair centre's. If you find battery showing any red beeps within 9 days of purchase or any other issue then raise complaint with Amazon they will replace the product. Only once you have the final product and are datisfued register for warranty. If you register for warranty first then Amazon cannot help.

I got this for my office. I’ve used Dyson at home and this product vs price, is very comparable. Most of the functions are similar and I don’t really feel like I miss anything from my Dyson. Only thing I don’t like is that the handing/storage bracket requires you plug the vacuum in each time, where the Dyson has a mechanic that allows the vacuum to charge without manually plugging power cord in.

Great vacuum for my needs of cleaning messes between the counter, kitchen floors, high chairs and under the bed where I can’t reach with my plug in. The small power brush attachment is an added bonus that I mainly clean the couches with. Suction is good and battery life is is great. Usually the battery last a week for me using it daily cleaning up various messes. The customer service with Anker is top notch, where I feel confident in buying from them

Customer service was amazing, they really stand by their product and were helpful when I had a concern. The vacuum is great and easy to use. My only con is the battery life, I often use the higher suction option and the battery dies faster. But really overall it charges quickly, works great and my kids are able to help around the house using it since it is so light weight.

I only had one issue and its that if you switch this to high setting ( which does work great by the way ) the battery does not last long, maybe 8-9 mins but on normal settings this thing will last a while. I use it mosly on high though as it gets the job done quick.

I live in a small apartment with mostly wood and tile floors so the vacuum is capable of going through the whole apartment on a single charge since it’s at a lower suction level. Once I do carpet, I turn it on max and notice the battery drains a lot more. So if you live in a large house, with a decent mix of carpet and hard floors, it might not be able to go through the place in a single charge. As far as just needing to focus on a single living area without needing to haul a large corded vacuum, it’s very nice to have. I think the price does justify what you’re getting but if you live in a large house with a lot of carpet and you’re the type that likes to vacuum the whole house in a single go, this vacuum alone might not workout.
