This is must-have kitchen tool. It works exactly as described. A few twists, and I had perfectly shredded chicken breast. Easy to clean, easy to store, easy to use. Even the kiddos can use this safely, and have some fun helping in the kitchen. I wish I had this years ago. Very giftable, too, for a kitchen shower, or your favorite cook.

Works better than I was expecting! So easy, I have weak wrists/hands and it takes zero arm strength- just move the cap easily back and forth and you have perfectly, consistently, effortlessly shredded chicken! Falls out easily with some tapping, but it’s also very easy to pull stuck pieces out with your fingers.

Saves time and effort. I shredded a pan of chicken tenderloin in a fraction of the normal time (and hand strain.) Great solution for those with carpal tunnel, texting thumb, hand injuries or surgery, arthritis, or anyone else for whom chopping can be painful. Definitely recommend, so glad I found this!

This makes shredding chicken (boneless, skinless breasts and thighs) so easy and efficient. I've been preparing freezer meals to be cooked in the crockpot and several of them call for the chicken to be shredded when it's done. This kitchen tool does an amazing job and cleanup is a breeze. The included little metal fork helps pick out any meat from the spikes and the included brush scrubs all the bits and pieces out for cleanup with just soap & water. I haven't put it in the dishwasher because it's so easy to hand clean and air dry. One of those tools you never knew you needed, but can't imagine being without it now! The 2 halves easily fit together for shredding and then for storage and the 2 handles (knobs) make turning the shredded very easy. I really appreciate the rubber strips on the bottom to keep the shredder stable on the counter while using. I've only used this shredder for cooked chicken, but I imagine it could be used for cooked beef or pork too.

Literally cook you meat however, then put it in here and do half circles on the track and walla! It doesn't slip n slide at all. You can put 2 1/2 chicken thighs on it at a time.

I've not tried it raw yet, I steamed my chicken first then shredded it. Only 1 slightly larger piece neglected to fully Shred (which is normal).

Ideas: food ideas that come to mind:; chicken tacos, chicken quesadilla, beef, pork, chicken bbq sandwiches, Nachos, I can go on and on....

What I will say is I'm shocked how well plastic thingies cut all things considered. It's light weight, easy to wash. It comes with a metal fork thingy which is great when getting the food out of the container. Right size and only 2 prongs which is good.

The manual is so tiny I didn't like it. It says dishwasher safe but I'm doing this by hand anyway as with all my knives and cookware.

I will like to say when shredding the meat can get stuck on top clear lid so you cannot see past it on progress of shredding. This generally happens when the chicken itself is to big. It still shredds, but sometimes with bigger pieces you may want to lift lid up and back down again and then resume turning the top. Either way it's a winner 🏆.

I'm buying a second one as a backup.

Cleaning brush makes washing this by hand a cake walk.

Awesome kitchen tool! I bought this after I saw it in a cooking video & it helps a ton when shredding chicken. Very easy & straightforward to use. Stays in place when twisting the handles to shred because it has a good grip on the bottom. Super easy to clean, & it’s made of good quality plastic, very durable.

I absolutely love this chicken shredder! It has made preparing meals so much easier and faster. I used to spend forever trying to shred chicken with forks and was never really happy with how uneven or messy it turned out. This tool does the job in seconds and gives much better results.
