    Absolutely love this book here when it comes to doing push-ups! I have done this challenge 3 times already. I was successful doing this challenge the last two times. The most recent one I did was doing 7 weeks of doing TRX Push-ups and it was pretty hard when it came to Weeks 5-7 and had to modify the rep count. My upper body has always been a weak spot with my fitness and strength but I felt stronger doing the push ups from doing these challenges. I am thinking of doing it again but make sure I go really easy and want to do the challenge of doing TRX Pikes as a challenge since your working your core and start in a push up position with your feet in the foot cradles of the TRX. Thank you Steve for writing this book here!
