my question is how to continue some of the plots because i really get stuck at certain things which the games just ends it and its kinda confusing me

Everything is truly delicious and quite incredible, but it would be good to start wrapping up the pending storylines; the new path opens up other stories, too, but leaves the old ones hanging in suspense.

Since it isn't explained where the new content starts on itch (for those who haven't read the Patreon post) for 0.1.5 it is on the southern route -> Have a snack -> Resisting Hunger.
It won't let me update from version 0.1.2 it will only let me install

The creator takes months to release updates, so you just have to be patient. I understand an update is expected at the end of this month or next, but if not, it'll be October.

Very fun, however feels lightly disappointing to an extent that it feels like the North route is more developed story wise even if it has fewer branching paths in its story, however that's also fair, working on several story paths is a genuine difficulty when making a project like this
The game is simply amazing, the best vore game I've seen all over the world, please continue making games like this.

Only real thing I could complain about is that there's no one trying to eat the player character.
Like another experiment that's even more hungry, or one made to capture and contain targets.
I agree, it would be really interesting if in future updates there were several female characters who are also experiments and are much more powerful than the player character, and who can also eat and digest the player character.

Did something happen with update 1.3? Luckily, I installed it a while ago when I bought the game. My biggest concern would be losing access to future updates.
