I have stayed at Adagio before and appreciate it's central location and cleanliness but there are a few things (some fixable, some not) that really let the experience down. Whenever I've stayed, the cheap pillows have been really lumpy and uncomfortable which impacts quality of sleep. Any use of the toilet or taps causes a loud noise, which also happens with neighbouring apartments and woke me up. And, unfortunately due to the design of the hotel, the windows don't open so it's hard to get fresh air into the room.
