Holiday it was nice because your on the royal mile with out all the confusion of the tourist.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed your weekend and that our aparthotel met your expectations. I am, however, truly sorry to learn that your interactions with our front desk team left you feeling uneasy. Guest safety and security are of the utmost importance to us, and we take your comments seriously. I will be following up on the situations you described and ensuring all team members on site are reminded of and adhere to our procedures. While there can be differences in requirements for accessing the elevator, for example, if a team member personally recognises a guest, our standard practice when reissuing a room key is to verify identity. If a guest’s identity is not clear, we would request appropriate identification before issuing a new key. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve both our service and our security protocols.
