Chronicles of Aberron
Long ago, in an age termed as the Old Times by the races of Aberron, there was a great war. The being known as the Infernal Sovereign had corrupted and destroyed many worlds, hosts of the Archangels and all but one of the Demigods, using the souls of the slain Demigods to create nine Demon Lords, one for each layer of his domain. Eventually, he was defeated and sealed in the Celestial Prison by the Ancestral Mother and the twelve Gods of the Divine Realms.
The prison was formed around the portal entrance to the Nine Hells, its seals being maintained by the leaders of the Titan race for all time. Or so they thought.
Millennia have passed since the events of the Old Times and there is relative peace, but the Infernal Sovereign cannot be stopped. His rise is imminent.
The Ancestral Mother, sensing in time, used her lifeblood and divine creation to create a being capable of facing the demonic threat.
YOU are that being. Born directly from the Ancestral Mother, you possess godly power and have access to all kinds of magic and skills. You have been sent to Aberron to begin gathering strength and allies to brave the Nine Hells.
The story starts with you receiving memories of the Old Times, before departing Elysium to begin your epic quest.ֲ
* Explore the myriad worlds and planes.
* Rid the Nine Hells of all demons, Demon Lords and kill the Infernal Sovereign.
* Purify the Nine Hells and rid Aberron of the Infernal Sovereign's presence.
Outside the objectives, you can do anything.
