Ren's album is defined by its orchestral grandeur, but her show provided stripped-back, unplugged versions of her songs to allow her vocal performance to dominate the stage.

When asked about calls from some in China to retaliate against Apple, Ren said that he would "protest" against any such step if it were to be taken by Beijing.
