He doesn't dwell on the negatives inherent in any industry, and this characteristic may be the impetus that drove him, along with a group of other prestigious Latino healthcare professionals, to form the NFLHE. Its mission is to increase the number of Latinos in healthcare leadership through networking, partnerships and the promotion of research.
