Tracking of metrics in antibiotic stewardship has been produced locally and provincially in the form of a facility antibiogram and
DDDs, respectively.
Psychiatric medications were examined at the time of recruitment into the study and coded according to the Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical (ATC) classification system, using the Defined Daily Dose (
DDD) as a unit measure (World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Drug Statistics Methodology, 2015).
We estimate every outcome with several difference-in-difference (DD) and triple difference (
DDD) models and subject each one to sensitivity and robustness checks.
When consumption is expressed in standardized units of
DDDs per 1.000 PD, it is possible to compare the quality of prescribing in different healthcare settings or regions (12).
It was calculated in grams by multiplying
DDD with the ratio of number of
DDDs to the number of treatment days.
There were four relevant costs included in this CEA, namely: (I) hospital length of stay/patient-day, (II) cost of defined daily doses (
DDD)/patient, (III) resources to provide microbiological and imaging diagnosis of infections, and (IV) human resources workload per day.
Cleveland College of Art and Design's campus in Acklam, Middlesbrough has maintained its record of a 100% BTEC pass rate for more than 10 successive years, and 63% of its BTEC extended diploma students gained a triple distinction (
DDD) or above, which is the equivalent of three As at Alevel.
To demonstrate the suitability of the new graph-based symbolic technique (GBST), we performed a comparison with HSPICE and the
DDD symbolic tool [3], as shown in Figure 4.

Lipid-lowering drug--use and prescription, including defined daily doses (
DDDs): (a) statins, (b) fibrates, (c) cholestyramine, and (d) ezetimibe.
