Summary: It was bliss, and he would obtain it one way or another.
Notes: Not angsty?
He found bliss, a terrifying bliss, as he sank into the welcoming blackness. He wanted to stay here forever, to keep staying in this wonderful (terrifying) blackness that protected him from many things. At the same time, he wanted out. He didn’t want to stay away from his friends, like Japan, and he was needed in this world. It was a conflicting thought process full of heartstring pulling and selfish desire, but he finally decided to wake up. He found himself in his bed, surrounded by a bunch of angry people. As he listened, he wished to return to bliss.
Alfred found himself being hounded constantly by everyone but Germany, for some weird reason. He brushed it off as Germany’s awkwardness—he was one of the few who could never properly express himself. He didn’t think too much about it, but allowed himself to sleep and eat like a normal person. He was afraid of the episode that he had that fateful day, but it seemed as if he didn’t have much to worry about—the other nations soon forgot about what he nearly did, and left him alone. Only Ludwig seemed to care about his wellbeing, checking on him.
