In 1989, police sergeant T.J. Brooks of Lynnwood Washington, located 15 miles north of Seattle, created Brooks Products & Service (BPS). At that time, BPS opened Blueline Tee's to provide the finest quality law enforcement screen printed and embroidered casual wear. In that tradition, our goal was to bring our customers the highest quality products to assure a long lasting excellent fit.
