Several months ago I set out to create the ultimate image hosting script at which time I hired a coder from scriptlance.com by the name of yabsoft. The contract was detailed as a custom image script and I provided more than 2 dozen custom settings and actions I required for this job. Over the course of 5-6 weeks more details were provided for a continuation of this project. It was brought to my attention 1 day prior to my gallery add-on for this script that yabsoft had decided to start selling my script which I had paid and provided great details to him to create. A person I had entrusted with my visions and ideas had now decided to not only take my ideas and claim them as his own but now wishes to profit off the script even though he was properly paid as an employee.
Your 'e probably thinking I have some legal stand here, right? Well unfortunately because I outsource to a person in China (Bad Idea to begin with) I have no legal rights. So what would you do? Well I'm selling the image hosting script at the cheapest rate possible to under cut http://www.yabsoft.com. Sure his script has a few more features but keep in mind if you decide to buy his script, you are only supporting a thief from another country. My script comes with full rights to it. Buy it, sell it, make your own money....I don't care. In fact if you're a coder take the script and add on to it. Do anything to under cut this prick. You have my full blessing and with ever sale a license agreement comes within the zip file that gives you full rights to the script.
