RideLanka Bike Tours was started by few of us, who saw the need to provide a Guided Mountain Bike Touring Service in Sri Lanka. Our founder's passion of mountain biking began in Northern California during the Internet boom while he was working for Silicon Valley high-tech firms. After a trip to Tahoe, he began Riding during spring/summer and Snowboarding during the winter on regular basis, delving into magnificent landscapes of Northern California.
Continuing on this passion he spent time discovering trail after trail in this tropical sunny Island after moving here in 2002 after the .com bust.
Now with a small team of mountain enthusiasts RideLanka wishing to share this passion with you. Our passion for mountain biking and experience in local outdoors with some business skills, we have become a premier mountain bike guide service in Sri Lanka. Our tours offer an excellent non-motorized alternative for seeing and learning about the unique characteristics of this Paradise Island.
