Description
I was born in North Wales, not a million miles from Rhyl, but moved away at an early age to make my way in the world. Having worked in many parts of the UK as well as abroad, my roots were still in North Wales, so when I finally took early retirement I naturally moved back to the land of my birth.
Over the years I've worked in electronics, later moving into computers and web-site design, and for the last six years prior to retirement have worked as a contractor/consultant in the specialist areas of the design of web-sites and web-site server systems - much of that time commuting to the City of London.
Now that I've settled in over the last year or so, I've decided to put this web-site up to provide a community site - one that seeks not to make money but to provide a service to the residents of Rhyl, Prestatyn and surrounding areas.
