- Quick Overview: Erik Peterson, a.k.a. "The Ranter," is a 19-year-old Dallas native. After attending Wittenberg University for their marine biology program, Erik decided that researching aquatic animals was not his cup of tea, and quickly decided to switch majors to Sports Broadcasting after color-commentating his first baseball game. He plans on finishing his college career at Texas Tech University and hopes to one day become a color commentator for minor/major league baseball games or be a sportsradio broadcaster. His main interests include the Texas Rangers, the Texas Rangers, and the Texas Rangers.
