Description
My goal is to find and document the existence of what many believe to be an unclassified primate residing in Ohio. This primate is commonly referred to throughout the United States as Bigfoot.
Is such a goal realistic though when it involves Bigfoot? Are there Bigfoot roaming the remote forests and woods of Ohio? Truthfully, I don't know yet. There are many eye witness reports of Bigfoot sightings in Ohio. But unfortunately, without conclusive evidence these sightings hold little real value to the scientific community. Without solid evidence there is only speculation and guessing. There are as many theories about Bigfoot as there are people who postulate on the subject. This can then lead to joking and ridicule about Bigfoot. Some have even joked that there are more Bigfoot researchers, groups and web sites than actual Bigfoot reports. Sadly, in Ohio that does hold some truth. Perhaps you have noticed this when you stumbled onto this site. Over the years I have come to know a lot of people in the Ohio Bigfoot community. Some are good, level headed and sincere and some are a bit off in their behavior and claims. The latter can make the Bigfoot subject even more cloudy. Still, there are some seemingly credible people and eyewitness reports out there. In my estimation these make searching for Bigfoot in Ohio a worthy goal. Especially, if you enjoy the outdoors of Ohio like me. Bigfoot or no Bigfoot I would be out there anyway!
I am an outdoor enthusiast and amateur naturalist. I wish to remain anonymous. My family and I don't desire the ridicule that comes from the very fact that there is no conclusive evidence proving Bigfoot's existence. I know several Ohio Bigfoot researchers and investigators with a shared goal of documenting the existence of Bigfoot in Ohio that help me with my endeavor.
