Description
Since its founding in 1992, the Montague Institute has been educating executives and information professionals on cutting-edge topics relating to corporate information services. The Institute's research is unique because it spans all information disciplines and is based on the staff's own experience.
In 1998 we focused our research on knowledge base publishing, a new information paradigm based on the integration of print, Web, and database models. At that time, we established the Society of Knowledge Base Publishers and added an A - Z index.
In 2003, we incorporated the Knowledge Base Publishing Lab to our teaching environment and started publishing the Knowledge Base Editor's Digest, a collection of abstracts with its own A - Z index. The following year, we added original commentaries in Point of View.
