Matador Processors, Inc. is an independently owned frozen food manufacturer. Matador began in 1975 after the founders, Clif and Betty Wood, went to a restaurant and ordered a Chile Relleno. Their experience was not a treat for the palate and they decided that there was a need for a good Chile Relleno. Clif and Betty, being an entrepreneuring couple, set out to show the world what a Chile Relleno was meant to be. And they did.
