WHO WE ARE Mackenzie & Associates was created in early 2005 to provide top quality I.T. Staffing and Consulting to St. Louis Metropolitan area clients. We are a company with low overhead that provides great rates both to consultants and the companies that hire them. Mark Garrett, the President of Mackenzie & Associates, has worked in the I.T. Consulting and Placement industry since 1988. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Missouri State.
