LONG FLOORING began in 1973 as Mr. Long attended Texas Tech University. The Lubbock School district offered Mr. Long the opportunity to sand and refinish several gym floors during the summer and a fledgling business was born. In 1974 Mr. Long made a commitment to provide service, quality, and price as the "Mission statement" in founding LONG FLOORING.
