Description
David is the President of H. R. Lubben Group, Inc. After graduating from the University of Denver in Architecture and Industrial Design, he designed and built many projects throughout the U.S.A. and the Caribbean. He has experience in many projects not only as a consultant, but also as a developer and as an owner. Restaurants, hotels, apartments, resort properties and entire condominium developments are among his projects.
Susan is a principal in the firm. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Chinese and Oriental Studies and Fine Arts. Prior to joining the Company in 1968, she worked three years in the Travel/Tourism Industry. Susan coordinates and directs the team of designers selected on each job. Susan has the N.C.I.D.Q. (National Council of Interior Design Qualification) Certificate of Recognition.
Jim has been associated with David R. Lubben in various projects for over thirty years. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania in architecture and provides a unique contribution in the planning and design of public areas, restaurants, etc. Projects designed by Jim range from New York to Key West, the Bahamas, England and South Africa.
