For fifteen years Grey Ledge Homes has been finding creative urban and rural housing solutions for a wide variety of clients across New Brunswick and beyond. Our family business supplies Prestige building systems as single-family housing in a range of mini, modular and panelized configurations and prefabricated apartment buildings. We are firm believers in the factory system building process. Customers appreciate the design work we do for them including the latest trends in new home construction. They also know exactly what they're getting and how much it will cost. In fifteen years we've never had a cost overrun.
At Grey Ledge Homes we enjoy tackling challenges-whether it's a house for an island, an urban infill site or a home with a long-range plan. In 1999 and 2000 the New Brunswick Home Builders' Association chose two of our special projects as the Single Family Home award winners of the year. These particular homes were designed with many concealed features that will allow it to adapt as its owners' needs change over the years.
We are the first builders in the province to embrace the EnerGuide system of measuring energy efficiency to provide increased comfort and heating cost savings in the homes we build. Each home we build will be tested; the EnerGuide rating will be designated and will accompany the home.
