Crystal Paradise Resort is located in the village of Cristo Rey, in the Cayo district of western Belize. The resort is situated in the jungle, surrounded by nature's tranquil beauty. However, we are only a short ride away from San Ignacio, one of Belize's largest towns.
The Cayo District is a favorite spot for travelers. It has much to offer to the adventure seeker and the nature lover. The location puts you in close proximity to enchanting things such as Mayan Ruins, caves, rivers, jungle, and the town's nightlife, just to list a few!
The History of the Family and the Resort
Our family consists of 12 members: Victor and Teresa are parents of 10 children, Jeronie, Everald, Fernando, Omar, Emelita, Ismelda, Julie, Eric, Carolita and Andy. The Tut family started out as farmers. We spent our days growing and transporting fruits and vegetables by canoe to the town market in San Ignacio and watermelons by truck to Belize City. One day the family dug a pond on the premises and the next day, they found it filled with crystal-clear water. Hence the farm became known as Crystal Farm.
