The Forefathers of Nga Mi Son Phat Gia Quyen have dedicated their entire lives to aid their disciples in attaining spiritual enlightenment. Following this traditional line of the sect, Nga Mi Son Phat Gia Quyen's mission is to propagate its style of meditation and martial arts to anyone who is willing to learn. Its objectives are to preserve and promote the vigorous traditions and to help anyone with enhancing and maintaining a harmony between the mind, body, and spirit.
