Our mission is to assist people who are blind or visually impaired to achieve their highest levels of independence. The Central Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CABVI) provides comprehensive vision rehabilitation programs annually to more than 1100 people who are blind or visually impaired people in an eight county area of upstate New York (Oneida, Herkimer, Madison, Fulton, Lewis, Montgomery, Jefferson and northern Otsego Counties).
