North Carolina: A 2 year old toddler wearing nothing but a disposable diaper was found by a passerby wondering down the middle of a road. The passerby stopped his vehicle and picked up the little girl and called police. After a 2 hour search police found ‘mom’ drinking in a bar. Apparantly the mother and child where visiting the grandparents from Charlette. While the grandparents where out, the 2 year old was left alone inside the grandparents house when the mother left to go to the bar.
