Active Internet Communications appears to have gone out of business in February, 2007. Subscribers to axs.net dial-up service were no longer able to connect to the Internet beginning at that time. Nearly all content was removed fron the axs.net Web site. One telephone line was disconnected, and the other telephone line was not answered. E-mail addresses *@axs.net continued to function through the first part of May, 2007, when they, too, went down.
